TORONTO, June 20, 2017 /CNW/ - Pat Chiefalo, Head of iShares Product, BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited, joined Dani Lipkin, Head, Business Development, Exchange Traded Funds, Closed-End Funds, and Structured Notes, TMX Group, to open the market to launch five new Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs): iShares Core MSCI Canadian Quality Dividend Index ETF (XDIV); iShares Core MSCI US Quality Dividend Index ETF (XDU); iShares Core MSCI Global Quality Dividend Index ETF (XDG); iShares Core MSCI US Quality Dividend Index ETF (CAD-Hedged) (XDUH); and iShares Core MSCI Global Quality Dividend Index ETF (CAD-Hedged) (XDGH). iShares Funds are managed by BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited. BlackRock provides investment management, risk management and advisory services for institutional and retail clients worldwide. XDIV; XDU; XDG; commenced trading on Toronto Stock Exchange on June 13, 2017. XDUH; and XDGH; commenced trading on Toronto Stock Exchange on June 16, 2017.
