WSP Global Inc. (TSX:WSP) ("WSP" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Technip TPS S.A.S. ("TPS"), the French subsidiary of Technip S.A. ("Technip"). Based in France, TPS specializes in building and infrastructure engineering. The firm, which generated revenues of EUR20 million in revenues (approximately CDN$30 million) in 2013, has 100 employees. They will join the 50-employees team WSP already has in France, which is active in the infrastructure, hydraulics, environmental and building segments. All customary closing conditions, including applicable regulatory approvals, were met.
