 TORONTO, Jan. 25, 2012 /CNW/ -  - Motivational speaker, nutritional therapy practitioner and New York Times bestselling author, Tosca Reno, will be at the Loblaws(®) at Maple Leaf Gardens on Saturday, January 28 to offer insight into how  she was able to turn her life around, reinvent herself at age 40 and  explain how you can too. 

 The Eat-Clean Diet(®) Cookbook 2 contains 150 brand-new great-tasting recipes that support healthier  life choices and introduces readers to a world of simple-to-make,  healthy recipes that go far beyond your everyday salad. Guests can also  tantalize their taste buds with samples of some of Tosca's delicious  recipes. 

 In addition to the great products and services offered by Loblaw  Companies to help Canadians make healthier choices, Néma McGlynn, the Loblaws(®) at Maple Leaf Gardens onsite registered dietiitian, will be available  to speak with the audience about making healthier food choices while  shopping.

 About Tosca At age 40, author Tosca Reno found herself miserable, overweight, stuck  in an unhappy marriage, and living an unfulfilled life. She was able to  turn her life around and is now a successful author, motivational  speaker, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, wellness consultant, media  personality and model. Tosca has penned eleven books, including the  incredibly successful Eat-Clean Diet® series, has appeared on numerous national television and radio  programs and now travels across North America appearing at book  signings and seminars to deliver her message of health, wellness and  inspiration. 

 Tosca Reno was born in Lachine, Quebec. She graduated with a B.Sc. from  Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario and a B.Ed. from York  University in Toronto, Ontario. Tosca lives in Caledon, Ontario with  her husband Robert Kennedy and their children.
