("Vermilion" or "Company") (TSX, NYSE: VET) is pleased to report that at its annual meeting of shareholders held on May 2, 2014 each of the nine nominees proposed as directors and listed in its Proxy Statement and Information Circular dated April 8, 2014, were elected as directors of the Company.
