TD Asset Management Inc. announces name changes and management fee removal to certain TD Private Funds

TORONTO, Jan. 28, 2016 /CNW/ - TD Asset Management Inc. (TDAM), the manager of TD Private Funds, today announced changes to certain TD Private Funds.

Effective February 4, 2016, nine TD Private Funds will be renamed and integrated into the TD Mutual Funds family, as set out below. There will be no changes to the funds' investment objectives:

TD Private International Stock Fund	TD International Stock Fund - Private Series
TD Private Canadian Value Fund	TD Core Canadian Value Fund - Private Series

Issued and outstanding units of these nine TD Private Funds will be redesignated as Private Series effective February 4, 2016.

In addition, effective February 4, 2016, TDAM will remove the management fee for TD International Stock Fund and Epoch U.S. Blue Chip Equity Currency Neutral Fund.
