Superior Plus Corp. ("Superior") (TSX:SPB) - July 2014 Cash Dividend - $0.05 per share Superior Plus Corp. today announced its cash dividend for the month of July 2014 of $0.05 per share payable on August 15, 2014. The record date is July 31, 2014 and the ex-dividend date will be July 29, 2014. Superior's annualized cash dividend rate is currently $0.60 per share. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes. 2014 Second Quarter Results and Conference Call Superior expects to release its 2014 second quarter results on Wednesday, August 6, 2014.
