SNC-LAVALIN ACQUIRES AQUA DATA

MONTREAL, June 2, 2011 /CNW Telbec/ - SNC-Lavalin (TSX: SNC) is pleased
 to announce the acquisition of Aqua Data, a company of about 100
 employees specializing in the computerized diagnosis and analysis of
 water distribution systems and wastewater collection systems for municipal, commercial and
 industrial clients. Formerly a subsidiary of Gaz Métro, Aqua Data has
 clients in Quebec, Ontario, the Maritimes and the United States. Its
 head office is in Pincourt, Quebec, near Montreal.
