 MONTREAL, Dec. 5, 2011 /CNW Telbec/ - SNC-Lavalin is pleased to announce  that it has reinforced its geo-technical and geo-environmental  expertise with the acquisition of Harder Associates Engineering  Consulting, an engineering consulting firm based in Fort St. John,  British Columbia. 

 Founded in 2003, Harder Associates provides consulting services in  construction, upstream oil and gas, and environmental and geotechnical  engineering fields. The firm has approximately 16 permanent employees  working in offices in Fort St. John and Fort Nelson, British Columbia,  and in Grande Prairie, Alberta.
