Savaria Corporation (“Savaria”) (TSX: SIS) one of the global leaders in the accessibility industry, declared on July 24th a dividend of 3.5 cents ($0.035) per common share, in accordance with its monthly dividend policy, payable on August 14, 2019 to shareholders of record of the Corporation at the close of business on July 31, 2019.  This is an eligible dividend within the meaning of the Income Tax Act.
