Sprott and Tocqueville Asset Management Announce Joint Venture

Sprott Inc. (TSX: SII) ("Sprott" or “the Company”) and Tocqueville Asset Management (“Tocqueville”) today announced that Sprott, via its subsidiary Sprott US Holdings Inc., and Tocqueville have entered into a joint-venture agreement to co-manage a new gold equities investment strategy. The partnership between Sprott and Tocqueville brings together two leading names in precious metals to create a new investment platform.
