 TORONTO, Aug. 8, 2012 /CNW/ - Sprott Inc.  today declared an  eligible dividend of $0.03 per common share for the quarter ended June  30, 2012, payable on September 4, 2012 to shareholders of record at the  close of business on August 17, 2012.
