Royal Bank of Canada declares dividends

TORONTO, Nov. 29, 2017 /CNW/ - Royal Bank of Canada (RY on TSX and NYSE) announced today that its board of directors declared a quarterly common share dividend of 91 cents per share, payable on and after February 23, 2018, to common shareholders of record at the close of business on January 25, 2018.

The board also declared dividends for the following Non-Cumulative First Preferred Shares, payable on and after February 23, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 25, 2018.

• Series AA Dividend No. 48 of $0.278125 per share.
• Series AC Dividend No. 45 of $0.2875 per share.
• Series AD Dividend No. 44 of $0.28125 per share.
• Series AE Dividend No. 44 of $0.28125 per share.
• Series AF Dividend No. 43 of $0.278125 per share.
• Series AG Dividend No. 43 of $0.28125 per share.
• Series AJ Dividend No. 37 of $0.22 per share.
• Series AK Dividend No. 16 of $0.182110 per share.
• Series AL Dividend No. 37 of $0.26625 per share.
• Series AZ Dividend No. 16 of $0.25 per share.
• Series BB Dividend No. 15 of $0.24375 per share.
• Series BD Dividend No. 12 of $0.225 per share.
