TORONTO, le 26 août 2021 /CNW/ - La Banque Royale du Canada (TSX: RY) (NYSE: RY) a annoncé aujourd'hui son intention de racheter la totalité de ses débentures subordonnées traitées en tant que fonds propres d'urgence en cas de non-viabilité (FPUNV) à 3,45 % échéant le 29 septembre 2026 en circulation à 100 % de leur capital majoré des intérêts courus jusqu'à la date de rachat, sans compter cette date. Le rachat se fera le 29 septembre 2021. Le capital des débentures à 3,45 % en circulation s'élève actuellement à 1 000 000 000 $.
Le remboursement par anticipation des débentures sera financé au moyen des fonds propres de la Banque Royale du Canada.
