The Bitcoin Fund - In-Kind Annual Redemptions Available

The Bitcoin Fund (the “Fund”) is pleased to announce an in-kind redemption feature on annual redemptions of Class A Units and Class F Units (the “Units”) of the Fund. Under the terms of the Fund’s declaration of trust dated March 31, 2020, as amended on March 8, 2021, unitholders holding 20,000 Units or more who wish to redeem their Units and who have accounts with the sub-custodian of the Fund, Gemini Trust Company, LLC, may, with the consent of the manager of the Fund, redeem their Units for bitcoin. Bitcoin delivered pursuant to an in-kind redemption will be valued at the net asset value of the Units on the applicable annual redemption date. The first annual redemption date of the Fund is the first business day following June 15, 2021.
