Mr. Hollister has been actively involved in the Canadian retail industry for over 35 years. Mr. Hollister was most recently with Sears Canada Inc. where he served until 2006 as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Hollister held a number of executive roles at Sears Canada Inc. throughout his distinguished career.
Mr. Hollister is currently a director for Holiday Group Holdings Inc. a private equity company, and the Boys & Girls Club Foundation of Canada. Mr. Hollister's past Board experience includes roles on the Ryerson University Retail Advisory Council, the Royal Ontario Museum and YMCA Central. Mr. Hollister served as a director of the Canadian Marketing Association and is an honorary life member of this organization.
A graduate of Ryerson University, Mr. Hollister has completed the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) director education program.
The REIT is a TSX listed real estate investment trust (TSX: PMZ.UN). The REIT owns 26 income-producing properties comprising approximately 9.3 million square feet located in Canada. As of August 31, 2009, the REIT had 62,453,740 units issued and outstanding.
