NORTHWEST HEALTHCARE PROPERTIES REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST CONFIRMS OCTOBER 2023 DISTRIBUTION

TORONTO, October 16, 2023 /CNW/ - Northwest Healthcare Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT" or "Northwest") (TSX: NWH.UN) announced today that the Trustees of the REIT have declared a distribution of $0.03 per unit for the month of October 2023, representing $0.36 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on November 15, 2023, to unitholders of record as at October 31, 2023.
