NORTHWEST HEALTHCARE PROPERTIES REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST CONFIRMS AUGUST 2023 DISTRIBUTION

TORONTO, Aug. 15, 2023 /CNW/ - In accordance with its press release dated August 11, 2023, Northwest Healthcare Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: NWH.UN) (the "REIT") confirms that the Trustees of the REIT have declared a distribution of $0.06667 per unit for the month of August 2023, representing $0.80 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on September 15, 2023, to unitholders of record as at August 31, 2023.
