Polo Biology Global Group Corporation Board Appointments

Polo Biology Global Group Corporation ("Polo" or the "Company") (TSX
VENTURE:PGG) today announced the appointment of Dr. Jeff Zheng and Mr. John
Morita as new independent directors of the Company. Both Dr. Zheng and Mr.
Morita have also been appointed as independent members of the Company's Audit,
Compensation, and Corporate Governance and Nominating Committees.


Dr. Zheng was a Founding Director and President of Aquasol Environtech Ltd. from
August 2000 to July 2008, and has been an independent director of Cantronic
Systems Inc. (CTS.V) since March 2005. Dr. Zheng was a director and CFO of
Goldstrike Inc., a junior mining company, listed on the OTCBB ("GTSK"), from
2004 to 2006, a consultant of Minco Silver Corporation, a mining company listed
on the TSX ("MSV"), and also President and CFO of Bralorne Mining Corp., listed
on the OTCBB ("BLNM"). Dr. Zheng has been involved with the public listing,
management and financing of these companies.


In 2004, Dr. Zheng founded Overseas Public Inc., a consulting firm that guides
companies from the private to public sector in North America through initial
public offerings or reverse take-overs. Dr. Zheng has served as the Company's
Chairman and CEO since its inception.


Dr. Zheng received his doctorate degree in physics from Flinders University of
South Australia in 1990. From 1991 to 2000, he worked as a senior Research
Associate at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. Dr. Zheng
has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Tsinghua University in Beijing, and
China University of Science and Technology. He is an Overseas Advisor to the
China Association of Science and Technology (CAST), President of Canada China
Economy and Technology Centre, Vice President of the Canada-China Business
Association, and a Senior Advisor to the Dalian High-Technology Industrial Zone
in Dalian City, China.


Mr. Morita has been a professional accountant for over 35 years and is a member
of the Certified General Accountants Association of B.C. For the past twenty
years, Mr. Morita has been a management consultant, advising on income tax
issues, personal financial matters and has held a variety of senior positions as
a director, VP of Finance, CFO and Corporate Secretary with various public
companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, Canadian National Stock Exchange
(CNSX) and the OTCBB He has been involved with mergers and acquisitions, reverse
take-overs, and the restructuring and reorganizing of public companies as well
as private companies. Mr. Morita is currently the CFO of Urastar Energy Inc.,
Maxtech Ventures Inc., Interra Exploration Inc. and Golden Cross Resources Mr.
Morita also serves on the Board of Directors of Urastar Energy Inc., Interra
Exploration Inc., and Desert Gold Ventures Inc..
