Mindready Solutions Announces the Resumption of its 2006 Audit

Mindready Solutions Inc. (TSX:MNY) is pleased to announce the resolution of all
outstanding issues with its former auditors, Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, LLP,
which has permitted the resumption of its fiscal 2006 year-end audit.


Such resolution has allowed the company's current external auditors, Ernst &
Young, LLP, to resume their work to carry on the audit of the company's 2006
consolidated financials statements which, once it is completed, will be a
significant milestone in enabling the company to file the continuous disclosure
documents required by the regulatory authorities and lifting the cease trade
order which Mindready is currently subject to. Such continuous disclosure
documents are the company's audited annual consolidated financial statements,
its annual MD&A and its annual information form for the year ended December 31,
2006, as well as its interim consolidated financial statements that will be due
on the filing date.

Mindready's 2005 auditing file allowing them to continue the 2006 audit. Such
resolution also demonstrates the company's new senior management team's ability
to ensure that best efforts are made to bring our financial reporting back on
track, to restore shareholder confidence in the company's financial reporting
and satisfy relevant regulatory authorities as the new management's focus is a
return to normalcy by ensuring the lifting of the cease trade order in the
