MISSISSAUGA, ON, May 7, 2019 /CNW/ - Magellan Aerospace Corporation (the "Corporation") announces that today at the annual meeting of shareholders of the Corporation (the "Meeting") the proposed nominees for directors of the Corporation received the following votes:
