per preferred share (LCS.PR.A) payable on August 15, 2014 to holders of record
at the close of business on July 31, 2014.


Symphony Floating Rate Senior Loan Fund also announces a distribution in the
amount of US$0.05833 per Class U Unit for the above noted record and payment
dates.
