ISC to Release 2015 First Quarter Financial Results on May 5, 2015 and Hold its Annual General Meeting on May 12, 2015

REGINA, April 21, 2015 /CNW/ - Information Services Corporation (TSX:ISV) ("ISC" or "the Company") advises that it will release its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015 on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 after the close of the market. ISC's Consolidated Financial Statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 will be available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com and our website at http://isc.investorroom.com.

An investor conference call will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9 a.m. Saskatchewan/MDT) to discuss the results.
