Hydro One Limited Announces Voting Results from Annual Meeting of Shareholders

TORONTO, May 8, 2020 /PRNewswire/ - Hydro One Limited (Hydro One) (TSX: H), in accordance with Toronto Stock Exchange requirements, announced the voting results from its virtual Annual Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held on May 8, 2020.

A total of 496,414,358 shares representing 83.14% of Hydro One's issued and outstanding common shares were voted in connection with the meeting. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business put forth at the meeting as follows:  

Election of Directors:
Each of the 10 director nominees listed in the information circular for the 2020 AGM were elected as directors of Hydro One to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders of the company or until their successors are elected or appointed:
