 TORONTO, Aug. 20, 2012 /CNW/ - Firm Capital Mortgage Investment  Corporation ( MIC") , announced its monthly cash dividend of  $0.078 per share (subject to adjustment in the discretion of the board  of directors) payable to shareholders of record as follows:
