ENI.UN TORONTO, Jan. 25, 2012 /CNW/ - Crown Hill Capital Corporation (the "Trustee"), manager and trustee of Energy Income Fund (the "Fund") announced today that it has received a purported requisition for a meeting of unitholders of the Fund. After review, the Trustee and its legal counsel have determined that, for a number of reasons, the requisition is not valid.
