Dundee Corporation Sells Units in DREAM Office Real Estate Investment Trust and DREAM Global Real Estate Investment Trust

Dundee Corporation (TSX:DC.A) ("Dundee" or the "Corporation") announced today
that it has sold 4,469,000 units of DREAM Office Real Estate Investment Trust
and 8,600,000 units of DREAM Global Real Estate Investment Trust, for total
gross proceeds of $207,000,000, which will be added to the Corporation's working
capital. A syndicate of agents, led by TD Securities Inc., and including Dundee
Securities Ltd., Scotia Capital Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc., RBC Capital
Markets, BMO Capital Markets, Canaccord Genuity Corp, GMP Securities L.P. and
National Bank Financial Inc. acted in the sale of these securities.
