D-BOX Technologies Inc. (TSX:DBO), a leader in innovative motion technology,
announced today that Mr. Jean-Pierre Desrosiers has resigned from the company's
Board of Directors for personal reasons. Mr. Desrosiers was a Board member since
2010. 


Mr. Louis Brunel, Chairman of the Board of Directors of D-BOX Technologies
thanked Mr. Desrosiers for the years spent as a Director of the Corporation.
