Caldwell Announces Darcy Morris as New Board Director

TORONTO, July 12, 2018 /CNW/ - Retained executive search firm The Caldwell Partners International Inc. (TSX: CWL) today announced that - following on the heels of the best quarter in the firm's history - long-serving director Mr. Dick Innes has elected to retire from the Board of Directors.

Mr. Darcy Morris, founder and CEO of Ewing Morris & Co. Investment Partners, has been invited to join the Board and he has accepted. He currently serves on the board of ZCL Composites Inc. (TSX: ZCL), the Toronto Public Library Foundation and the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) Foundation. Mr. Morris will be a valued member of all of Board Committees, which include the Audit; Nominating, Corporate Governance and Compensation; and Investment Committees.
