TORONTO, Feb. 23, 2017 /CNW/ - CIBC (TSX: CM; NYSE: CM) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $1.27 per share on common shares for the quarter ending April 30, 2017, an increase of three cents from the previous quarter. This dividend is payable on April 28, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 28, 2017.
