TORONTO, March 22, 2023 /CNW/ - Chesswood Group Limited (TSX: CHW) today announced that a dividend in an amount of five cents ($0.05) per share has been declared for the month of March, payable on April 17, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2023.

Chesswood Group Limited advises that, unless indicated otherwise, the dividend declared for the month ending March 31, 2023 and all future dividends will be eligible dividends. for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial legislation.
