On 27 March, Compel Group PLC ("Compel" or the "Company") was informed that
Ronald Clark, non-executive director of Compel, had that day, acquired 70,000
ordinary 5p shares in the Company at a price of 36p each.


Following this announcement, Ron Clark has an interest in 185,978 shares in the
Company, representing approximately 0.6% per cent of the issued share capital of
the Company.
