American Stock Exchange Lists Common Stock of Claude Resources Inc. 


NEW YORK, Dec. 15  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R)
(Amex(R)) today listed the common stock of Claude Resources Inc. (Claude) under
the ticker symbol CGR.

Claude is engaged in the exploration, development and production of gold. The
Company currently produces between 50 and 60,000 ounces annually and, in
addition, has a portfolio of advanced stage exploration properties.  Currently
all of Claude's mineral properties are located in Canada.  The Company also has
interests in Canadian oil & gas assets, operated by third parties, which
generate about 25% of Claude's revenues.
