Ceridian Hires Bill Crawford as Chief Value Officer

Accomplished industry executive brings additional firepower to Ceridian’s growth trajectory

Ceridian HCM Holding Inc. (NYSE: CDAY; TSX: CDAY), a global human capital management (HCM) cloud technology leader, announced today that it has hired Bill Crawford as Chief Value Officer (CVO).

As the CVO, Bill’s prime objective will be to lead functions designed to enhance Ceridian’s value proposition in the market. Ceridian has been clear about its ambitions in the upper end of the market globally. Enhancing its ecosystem – including a growing network of system integrators, deepening the function of the Customer Relationship Executive organization, and building Ceridian’s brand and share of voice in this coveted market will all be areas of focus for Bill and his teams.

Bill will report to Leagh Turner. He comes to Ceridian from a global HCM provider, where he led high-performing sales teams, and oversaw sales operations and channel development. He brings a wealth of experience working with global organizations of all sizes. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration of Management from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
