Bengal Energy Announces Resignation Of Chief Financial Officer

Bengal Energy Ltd.

(TSX:BNG) (“Bengal” or the “Company”) today announces that Mr. Jerrad Blanchard has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer of Bengal, effective September 29, 2017, to pursue other opportunities.

"We sincerely appreciate Jerrad's professionalism, commitment and contributions to our Company during the last three and one half years and we wish him the very best in his future endeavors," said Chayan Chakrabarty, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bengal.

Bengal has initiated a search for a new Chief Financial Officer and expects to fill the position in the very near term.
