Bioniche Life Sciences Inc. Shareholders Approve Sale of Animal Health Business

BELLEVILLE, ON, April 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ - Bioniche Life Sciences Inc. (TSX: BNC) today announced that its shareholders have voted in favour of the sale of the Company's Animal Health business to Vétoquinol SA.

At a Special Meeting of Shareholders held this morning in Toronto, 39.4% of the issued and outstanding shares were voted, with 97.4% of those voting in favour of the sale transaction.

The transaction is expected to close tomorrow.
