(TSX: AND) ("AHG" or the "Company") today announced the Company's second quarter shareholder dividend (encompassing the period from April 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021) in the amount of $0.05 per subordinate voting share and multiple voting share. Payment will be made on July 15, 2021 to shareholders of record as at June 30, 2021.
