TORONTO, Dec. 15, 2023 /CNW/ - Andlauer Healthcare Group Inc. (TSX: AND) ("AHG" or the "Company") today announced the Company's fourth quarter shareholder dividend (encompassing the period from October 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023) in the amount of $0.09 per subordinate voting share and multiple voting share. Payment will be made on January 15, 2024 to shareholders of record as at December 29, 2023.
