Altius Confirms Pricing of $65 Million Offering of Common Shares at $14

Altius Minerals Corporation ("Altius" or the "Company") (TSX:ALS) is pleased to
announce that the Company has approved an offering price of $14.00 per share for
the previously announced offering of common shares under its preliminary short
form prospectus dated April 28, 2014 for gross proceeds of approximately $65
million with no over-allotment option (the "Offering"). An Agency Agreement with
the syndicate of investment dealers co-led by Scotia Capital Inc. and Haywood
Securities Inc., and including BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., Sprott Private Wealth
L.P., Raymond James Ltd. and Salman Partners Inc. (collectively, the "Agents")
will be executed on these terms.

and 6 potash mines located in western Canada and a royalty on the producing
