AGI Announces CFO Leadership Transition

WINNIPEG, May 14, 2020 /CNW/ - Ag Growth International Inc. ("AGI" or the "Company) (TSX: AFN) announced today that Chief Financial Officer Steve Sommerfeld will transition from his role of CFO. The Company and Board of Directors have initiated a search for the next CFO and Mr. Sommerfeld will remain in his role to ensure a smooth transition.
