YOUR SPACE PLC ("Your Space" or "the Company")
Redemption of Convertible Loan Stock
The Board of Your Space announces it has redeemed at par all of the #598,776
nominal of Your Space convertible loan stock issued in connection with the
acquisition of Workspace (North West) Limited in January 2002.
The redemption is earlier than anticipated and allows the Company to release
approximately #180,000 of cash held in reserve to cover future interest payments
on the loan stock. As a result of the terms of the redemption with the holders
of the loan stock there will also be a write back of provisions for accrued
interest payments to the net amount of approximately #40,000.
