YOUR SPACE PLC ("Your Space" or "the Company")
Director Shareholding
The Board of Your Space announces that on 19th August, 2003 the Company granted
Laurence Davis 2,000,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company at an
exercise price of 1.875p per share in consideration of Mr Davis reducing his
annual salary from #50,000 to #15,000 with effect from 5th August, 2003. These
options are exerciseable at any time up to 19th August, 2006. Mr Davis now holds
options over 4,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
