                             Management changes

The Board of Xpertise Group PLC announces that Bob Bradley has chosen to resign
as Chief Executive.  Bob has made it clear that he wants to leave the business
in a professional and amicable manner and the Board is keen to work with him to
achieve this.  Bob will be working his notice period from home and will have no
operational involvement in the Group's business unless requested by the Board to
assist in any matter.


I am please to announce that with immediate effect Ian Johnson has been
appointed Managing Director to drive the business forward on a day to day basis.
Ian has been Group Finance Director for 5 years and prior to that played an
important part in the development of Xpertise Training.  He brings to the role a
wealth of experience of not only the IT training market but also the wider
business environment.


Ian will be supported by the involvement, on a part-time basis, of Mark Hatton,
one of the non-executive directors of the Group.  Mark will assist Ian in
developing and promoting the sales activities of the business.  Mark is
currently Managing Director of Sphinx CST Limited and was previously Managing
Director of Power Education Limited prior to its merger with Xpertise earlier
this year and therefore has substantial experience of the IT training market.
