This announcement replaces the EGM statement released on the RNS system under

An insertion has been made to include reference to shares issued to Brewin

                      EGM APPROVES #1.49 MILLION FUNDRAISING


At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held in London today, the
resolutions to enable the Company to issue 172,000,000 new Ordinary Shares at a
placing price of 0.75p per share to raise #1,290,000 before expenses, the issue
of Loan Notes to raise #200,000 and the settlement of the Lynx Loan by the issue
of 20,000,000 new Ordinary Shares to Lynx and the issue of 8,000,000 new
Ordinary Shares to Brewin Dolphin Securities Limited in part settlement of their
fee in connection with the placing were approved on the terms and conditions
described in the circular to shareholders dated 30 June 2002.

Bob Bradley, the Chief Executive, commenting after the Extraordinary General
Meeting, said:

"We are extremely pleased that our existing shareholders and some new
shareholders have supported this fundraising."
