Williams Declares Common Dividend

TULSA, Okla., July 14  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Williams' (NYSE:WMB) board of directors has approved a regular dividend of $0.11 on the company's common stock, payable Sept. 14, 2009, to holders of record at the close of business on Aug. 28, 2009.

  The company has paid a common stock dividend every quarter since 1974.
