USSE Corp. Announces New Symbol, Name Change and 3 for 1 Forward Split

NEW YORK, July 8  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- USSE Corp. (formerly C & A Restaurants, Inc. symbol "CXAR") announced final approval by FINRA of symbol change to "UCRP"; the corporation's name change to USSE Corp; and a 3 for 1 forward split, effective immediately.

In June, USSE Corp. announced its acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding common stock of Union Square Sports and Entertainment, Inc. at which time the shareholders of the company had approved the aforementioned actions.
