Following the notice of Corporate Separation announced on June 12, notice is
hereby given of the names of the individuals appointed to head the successor
companies in the white goods businesses, solution business and medical systems
business that will be separated from Toshiba Corporation on October 1, 2003.


Toshiba Consumer Marketing Corporation(marketing new company)

  Mr. Yoshiyuki Sato, President and CEO

  Current position: Executive Officer, Corporate Senior Vice President, Managing
Director, Consumer Electronics Marketing Control Center, Toshiba Corporation



Toshiba HA Products Co., Ltd. (new home appliance manufacturing company)

  Mr. Takeshi Nagasaka, President and CEO

  Current position: Company President of Home Appliances Company, Toshiba
Corporation



Toshiba Solution Corporation (new e-Solutions company)

  Mr. Shinsuke Kawamura, President and CEO

Current position: Executive Officer, Corporate Vice President, Company President

Toshiba Medical Systems Corporation (new medical system company)

Please note that Mr. Sato, Mr. Kawamura and Mr. Katsurada will resign as
