RNS Number:5468H Teather & Greenwood Holdings PLC 17 February 2003 TEATHER & GREENWOOD HOLDINGS PLC ("Teather & Greenwood" or "the Company") Appointments The Company is pleased to announce the appointment, with immediate effect, of Adam Pollock and Mark Paddon, formerly head of UK small/midcap sales and head of UK small/midcap research respectively, at Deutsche Bank. They join as directors of Teather & Greenwood Limited, the Company's principal operating subsidiary. Adam and Mark join after spending a combined total of 25 years with Deutsche Bank (formerly Natwest Securities), where they ran an Extel rated UK small/ midcap sales and research team. They will fit well with the existing four small/ midcap salesmen and two dedicated smallcap analysts.
