RNS Number:7588N ServicePower Technologies PLC 21 July 2003 ServicePower Technologies PLC ("ServicePower" or the "Company") contract announcement ServicePower announces new contract with Benco Dental To supply optimized field service scheduling solution ServicePower, developer of artificial intelligence based, field service scheduling applications, today announced a major contract with Benco Dental Co., the largest distributor of dental equipment on the East Coast of the U.S., has selected ServicePower to manage its enterprise scheduling needs. Benco Dental will implement SERVICEPower to manage more than 180 field service technicians. SERVICEPower will be integrated with Benco Dental's existing Service Management System and be entirely functional within the next six months The contract, worth more than #250,000, is to supply a complex mix of an appointment offering solution for installation work and a service level agreement solution (SLA's) for repairs and planned maintenance works. In addition the solution will include the first delivery of our new SERVICEMobility mobile communications solution that we have developed with our US partner Konaware. SERVICEMobility is a state of the art application that allows field service technicians to receive information about their jobs and report progress back to their headquarters in real-time. "Benco Dental has a clear, strategic commitment to service excellence, and understands the value of optimised scheduling," said David Brisco, CEO of ServicePower.
