Sauer-Danfoss Inc. Announces 31st Consecutive Quarterly Dividend

CHICAGO, Dec. 8  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sauer-Danfoss Inc. (NYSE: SHS; FSE: SAR) today announced that its board of directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.12 per share for the quarter ended December 31, 2005. The dividend is payable on January 13, 2006, to stockholders of record as of December 30, 2005.

This is the 31st consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the Company since its initial public offering in May of 1998.
