Laureate Pharma Extends Lease for its Facility in Princeton, NJ

Amendment extends lease through 2016 with options through 2026 


PRINCETON, N.J., April 25  /PRNewswire/ -- Laureate Pharma, Inc., a full- service biopharmaceutical development and protein production company, announced today that they have entered into a lease amendment with 201 College Road Associates, LLC for its 57,000 square foot manufacturing and headquarters facility.  Under the agreement, Laureate Pharma will extend its current lease through 2016 and will have two additional five-year options to extend the lease through 2026. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Laureate's Princeton facility provides a full range of bioprocessing services including process development, cGMP scale production up to 2000L scale, formulation and filling. In 2006, Laureate began the facility expansion project to add a pilot plant and other equipment to expand the capacity of the facility.
